International customers will be allowed an additional 10 days to exchange their item(s). We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original tags attached, within 10 days (20 days for international customers). Exchanges will not be accepted without the original tag attached. All exchanges are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit exchanges.Exchanges can be processed for the same item/color in a different size.
We will not accept exchanges after the time-period noted above, however we will do the best we can to ensure that your happy with your purchase.
Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.
Payment
Most major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. PayPal is also accepted. Order(s) are processed/shipped once payment has been confirmed. Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. This process may delay your shipment, and could result in your order being canceled. If we are unable to accept your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.
Sales Tax
Little Miss Chelle is required by law to add the appropriate sales tax on all orders. Please note: Some states require us to tax shipping charges as well as merchandise. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item; however, you will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
Shipping
All items will ship within 2 - 3 business days for any item(s) shipping within the U.S. For items shipping to international locations please allow 3 - 5 business days.
Tracking your Order
You can track your order using the confirmation email you receive after your order is shipped which contains a tracking number. US customers can track packages at USPS's website.
